Limited Warranty Conditions
Thank you for choosing Labex Trade Ltd. This Limited Warranty applies to all models of Labex™ electrolarynges (speech-aids).
What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?
This Limited Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship during normal use of the device, as outlined in the User Manual. During the warranty period, Labex Trade will repair or replace, at no charge, any product or parts found defective due to improper material or workmanship.
Non-Transferable Warranty
This Limited Warranty is non-transferable. Electrolarynges are designed for personal use only due to their contact with the user’s neck, stoma, or other cavities. These devices are not intended for shared or second-hand use, making the warranty non-transferable.
Warranty Period
The warranty period for Labex™ electrolarynges is 2 years from the date of purchase. If the device is fully replaced or repaired, the warranty period remains unchanged.
What Is Not Covered?
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- External batteries and chargers, which are covered by a one-month “parts warranty.”
- Issues caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- Problems arising from negligence, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
- Damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., lightning, flood).
- Theft or loss of the electrolarynx.
Shipping costs and the risk of loss or damage to the device during transit to Labex Trade are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs will be covered by Labex Trade Ltd.
What Should You Do?
During the Warranty Period
If you experience any issues with your device, please follow our Self-Assistance guidance available on the Labex Trade website. If this does not resolve the issue, raise a ticket at support.labextrade.com and provide a short video, photos, and all necessary information to help us understand the problem. You can also contact your local distributor for assistance.
Post-Warranty Support
Labex Trade offers post-warranty support for all Labex digital electrolarynges. Follow the Self-Assistance guidance on our website or raise a ticket as described above.
To expedite support, please provide the following information:
- Electrolarynx model
- Serial number
- Date of purchase
- Contact details (email, phone, name, address)
- A brief description of the problem
Our Service team will review the provided data and video. Based on the evaluation, you may receive:
- Suggestions for resolving the issue
- An offer to repair and return the device at your cost, with a three-month warranty
- If the device is within the warranty period, a possible exchange under our Exchange policy
- A 20% discount under our Loyalty program for purchasing a new device, with a one-time-use discount code for our website
Our support system is always free of charge.

Labex Trade Ltd. Return Policy
Returns
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all items that came with it. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Products showing obvious signs of use
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Damaged packaging or missing parts
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
The same rules apply to exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 30 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank, as processing time may vary.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@labextrade.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Labex is the only brand offering an exchange for malfunctioning devices during the warranty period. Please refer to the Warranty Replacement Procedure for more details.

To return your product, please ship the device in its original box to:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping, customs clearing fees, and taxes will be deducted. These details will be discussed in your support ticket.
